Is There a Shortage of Funds at Rates?

There is no shortage of funds at rates at rates which we would not invest out. So we have not done anything because we don't see anything that attractive to do. Now that could change very quickly or it may not change, but in 2008 and nine, the truth is we weren't we weren't buying those things to make a statement to the world.
