Hillsong's Response to a Woman's Slur

Amy says the woman is a paid Hillsong employee. Nothing ever changed as a result of her verbal complaints, she says. Amy tells me she left church, meaning she left Hillsong. She never did put anything in writing. Some time has passed now. Still wonders if it's all too hard.
