Is There a Future for a I?

Am, at a sort of international level. One thing i've been thinking about quite a lot is, like, what is the futuresort of m this is not a great phrase, but like international development for a i? And one of the things i should have thought as i was reading paper was, one of the cool things here is being able to go to an emerging economy that probably has li relatively underdeveloped capabilities. Well, you know, because we have this interstructure that,. you know, lots of different countries sort of clabbering on, we can actually say that in a relatively low, u know, investment, you could have these capabilities up and running. That
