Adam Brazil, a Convicted Murderer, Was Sentenced to Life in Prison
Adam Brazil was sentenced to life in prison for the murder of Malcolm Burroughs. He appealed his conviction, arguing that he'd had ineffective assistance of counsel and unhelpful lawyers. His appeal was denied; he filed for what's called post-conviction relief. The Tennessee Supreme Court declined to look at his case.
