I used to spend a lot of time playing in my head with my characters in my scenes when I was driving to and from places. And I don't do that very much anymore. So I decided I need to get in my car and drive somewhere. A lot of times stories sometimes maybe comes out your mouth better than if you're in a certain mood, talking it out. You know, some people do vision boards, which is great because it's a different part of your brain. It really helped me understand the show better.
