Public Sector Strikes Versus Private Sector Strife?
In the private sector you have the kind of tool or lever of leverage that is profit. By not working you are directly impacting the employer by impacting their ability to make money. So it's not always completely straightforward but when you have a public sector dispute and because there's not profit involved it's slightly different. The public then are far more involved because the public rely on the public sector so they're impacted in a differently way.
