How to Buy a Multifamily Property in Denver

The divorce was really discouraging because there was a lot of legal battle, and it unfortunately was not amicable. That's where I started thinking about buying a multifamily property in Denver that I could live in one unit and rent out the others. The first time I did it, I had a partner, and there's a lot of comfort in having someone alongside you to do this. We have a Miller mothjack in us. And now if people look at me and say they don't like what I've done six years ago, why do something else? Because now I'm recognizing it was other people and not about me.
