Adam Brazil and the State of Florida - A New Jury Trial
In January 2016, Adam Brazil was released from prison after more than eight years. He was free to go home and wait for a new trial. Ten months later, the quarter of criminal appeals released their opinion. And so they reversed my decision and ordered Mr. Brazil to be put back in prison. The wallet was there. It was on the body. I wasn't involved in it other than that night and the next day. Because I wasn't an investigator, I wasn't a detective, I was a road sergeant. When Malcolm Burrows was murdered in 2006, the Sheriff of Grundy County was Brent Myers. Under his watch, all of the documents pertaining to the case allegedly disappeared
