The Power of Prayer

In the Book of Acts and in the New Testament, when the church gets together, they pray expectantly. This is a surrender simultaneously with a seeking, but it's expectant. So this is what I want to encourage all of us to think about. Do we pray back to God as precious promises? When we pray, do we expect that relationships can be healed? Do we expect that addictions can be broken because of our prayer? Whatever it is in your life that you recognize that you're in over your head - are you praying?
