Knowing your anti spercotype allows you a certain sense of both acceptance and giveness about the way it makes you feel. It helps you know when to see if you can team or delegate, or allow time for self care and recovery. And they tie together into something that a lot of people have been feeling in a very powerful way over the last 18 months. That word is burne out. The pendemic is the source of burnout, of this epidemic of burnout that we have been seeing. There's something so much bigger going on in the context of burn out that nobody's really addressing.
