John Brown's Plan for the Senate

He spent the last nine months of his presidency just vetoing infrastructure bills. Publicly he tries to rally Dems to unify and he's pretty happy going back to private life in New Hampshire. So what's his plan? He's just like they'll build it on their own when they have to. I don't, he just doesn't think you should do that. Like it's just the craziest. It's got to be so awkward doing the presidential hand over to someone in your party.
