Derick White, Is He a Good Shop Blocker on Offence?

Derick white is one of the best shock blocking guards in NBA history. He's a good secondary passer, but not great at creating opportunities for himself or his team-mates. The celtics have been on fire laty and i feel like witatem and smart having more pieces like that around them to support them.
