In a resource-constrained environment, as we receive more shocks, we're going to see smaller cells start to emerge. Some economies will fall into that trap; some societies and civilizations will make global packs or transnational packs for development. I think too often we try to design the future in a very simplistic way, and what we have to build is an institutional capacity to be anti-fragile. So distributed, decentralized supply demand matching infrastructure - it reduces or it distributes the knowledge infrastructure requirements and data environments so they can grow faster. It's an extraordinary idea in its thesis. Lots of these things are happening around the world where India has seen something like 160 million jobs lost
