If you don't talk about it, what happens? You start looking for the scapegoats and that is the most culturally destructive thing that can ever happen in a company. It's never one person whose fault it was that you've got a product problem. If if you can talk about your products being broken, then why should anyone ever be able to criticise anything that's wrong in your company?
