The Pros and Cons of Including a Fish Oil Supplement

If you're not getting plenty of omega-3s in the diet it makes sense to at least supplement a little bit I wouldn't expect any particularly huge effects but I just can't see what it would hurt in theory now. There have been some studies looking at fish oil basically saying like oh it has these effects on fat oxidation or anabolic or catabolic signaling and those are going to have big effects on muscle mass and body composition I am much more skeptical about those particular outcomes.
