Is the Australian Government Bringing People Without Covid to a Quarantine Camp?

The australian government is offering free rides in army trucks to the quarantine facility where people aren't allowed to leave by threat of arrest. It's been confirm thi the people are not being taken by force. And m like, are you kidding? Then why are they escaping like their theire, voluntarily showing up and then trying to break out? That makes literally no sense. More importantly, they voluntary, si voluntarily show up, but can't voluntarily leave.
