We try to pay too much attention to what's going on in our heads, and we pay too little attention about what our bodies are actually doing. A lot of times if you're paying attention to what your body's doing, it's acting as if it's afraid. And so just paying attention to those natural urgencies, or looking at your patterns, for instance, i know that most days at four 30 is the weakest will power time of the day for me.
