The FT described Schroeder's a while ago as the aristocrat of the UK investment management industry. The family owned 47% and the Schroeder family is a very small and tight knit family, which is two sides. They've been long term supporters of the business over five generations going back to the beginning of the 1800s. And that gives us an ability to not think like a public company. We can think genuinely for the long term.
