Introduction

In this episode we get to speak with Maurice Andre (who you may know as @SCImotivation on Instagram). In Oct 2020 Maurice suffered a paragliding accident which left him with a spinal cord injury. Doctors told him he was unlikely to ever walk again. Life would be spent in a wheelchair. Yet just a few years later Maurice has completed several HYROX races, including 2 in one day at the recent London Olympia event. What’s more he has completed a 24 hour walking challenge, 100km bike rides and much more. He is an incredible guy, and an absolutely inspiration to many. It was a pleasure to be able to chat.
