The Importance of Merit in the Workplace

I've been rejected for jobs in Silicon Valley so many times before that happened. I always thought that my story with the internet, I couldn't have released the open source version of RAPLIT without the internet and opening all these opportunities for me. The idea is that really software and the internet creates a system that allows for people to get ahead using their merit. It's truly based on merit.
