Why Does It Matter So Much to Feel Valued?

Love has become what safety and food used to be for ancestors, a so they need because of evolutionary reasons. When when we enter a room full of people, we tend to compare ourselves with others. So that's what i want, to feel valued. My definition of mattering is that you need to feel valued by yourself and others. And you need to add the value to yourself and others and others. The other 50 % of the problem is that, unless you are actually adding value to other people, you run the risk of becoming self obsessed. Thats the difference between a me culture and a wee Culture,. in me, culture, it's all about self esteem. Basically says,
