Is There Something in the Air?
Peter and awas say that there is something in the air where people are starting to challenge some of these basic leadership myths. And i'm curious, we'd talk about failure a lot on the show cause leaders, of course, if their learning and growing, are failing, are running into obstacles. I would want to add that reflection is increasingly having to become an interpersonal, group process. It's all well and good for the individual to reflect, but remember, and we're vulnerable to our own ignorance. Because nobody has the answer, but the answer comes out of group sense making.
