The Republicans Win on Principles
President Obama and House Speaker John Boehner reached an agreement on entitlement reform. CNN's Jim Acosta asks: How much of this is theater, how much of its reality? He says the Republicans were playing a fairly weak hand because they control only one chamber of Congress; Democrats hold two out of three major players in equation. A deal was reached that would increase work requirements for some entitlements to make up for lost ground, he says.
