The Hardest Lesson I Learned to Give
When I first took over the bakery, I worked too hard. Pretty quickly I learned that if I carried on like that, I would burn out. The joy of what I did would be overtaken by exhaustion. A friend assured me my customers would give me grace when I needed to close up. Sometimes the hardest lesson is to learn to receive.
