Drink a big glass of water. Be grateful for the fact that you woke up. The next thing is meditation. I get that monkey, monkey a chatter silence to my head. Then sometimes i'll do a little journaling. Exercise in the morning on an empty stomach increases the rate that you a burn carbohydrates and eventually fat.
