A well functioning social protection system actually gives you the cushion to undertake the risk that gets you to a higher growth path at every individual level. And then finally, the the job's productivity and economic growth. So this is my way of trying to do borthright? An we ther's both the sectoral pieace and the thatic pecere in making it happen.
