Learning How to Communicate Effectively

I realized it's not just about having these different arguments kind of the responses to them but how you kind of put those arguments across to people is actually potentially in some situations even more important than what you say. So I went on this process of learning how to communicate effectively and a lot of that at the beginning was through a process of trial and error well I even realizing it I think.
