Our first question comes from Rob roberton, and i have to put this up on a separate page because it's pretty long. My capabilities in the gym have declined by a substantial rate. Athirty five minutes circuit training workout that consists of 20 minutes of cross trainer and exercise bikes leaves me with extreme brain fog and crippling aches and pains for days after. There is no progress in the jim, only diminishing returns. I know many will say, i know 60, 78 year olds that a dead lifting, squatting ordo, high intensity body weight routines and feel great. But from from my viewpoint, that ain't me. And i ponder that they might be exceptions rather than
