A, i think it also comes down to me and my own obsession with it. I don't think about it as much in terms of the day to day. It's more like a long term, like, what do i want to look back on and say, damn, i'm glad i did this,. A if you're not prepared to have walls built up around you, then your psychology isn't really robust enough. You can lose control of how they feel and what they're capable of on a day-to-day basis. And so always trying to foster the resilience that is ind of required for y in an oboneral seading.
