The Third Missing Middle Phase of Work

The working genius model is based on a three-step process. The first two steps are ideation and invention, the third is activation. Sometimes we all have two geniuses in one phase or another. And that's what I like to say about people with a genius of wonder: Often don't even think about it as a genius at all. That's when I start to get excited.
