Longevity and extended human life actually pushes more healthy years into the middle of life. It's not unusual to day for men and women, and a non binary folks to get married in their forties, fifties and sixties. The second thing is that retirement as a construct was a faulty construct. And i see certain industries needing to transform almost overnight to meet the demands of this growing older population.
