Human history is rife with examples of when we ran into resource constraints, there were military conflicts. I think peak oil and the limits of continued material growth could create a phase shift in human geo politics. And i've read a couple of books recntly that caused me great concern. Once the process began, it couldn't be reversed. The germans could mobilize in a day, but the russians could only mobilize tem in nine monthsd. It was japan that went to war because america cut off its access to oil in 19 forty one. This is where we are to day. I see no descalation anywhere. I just see escalation. There is no one out
