Once the process began, it couldn't be reversed. The germans could mobilize in a day, but the russians could only mobilize tem in nine monthsd. It was japan that went to war because america cut off its access to oil in 19 forty one. This is where we are to day. I see no descalation anywhere. I just see escalation. There is no one out
