The Property Market Outlook for 2023
Ben Kingsley gives a mid-year property outlook update for anyone who's interested in the property space. Back in February, we prosecuted the idea that the cash rate would only get to around 3.6 to 3.85. Now we know at current time of recording the cash rate is currently sitting at 4.1%. So it's important that we obviously now look at where to from here if we think that interest rates still have a little bit of a way to go with maybe one or two more rate rises.
