Is China a Friend of the WTO?

China has very protective laws who will always exclude foreign competitors especially from critical infrastructure like what happens in Europe partially. China did not adhere to anything the WTO wanted them to change they just didn't do it they joined the WTO and so to them a contract with us is actually not something that's so important another example is for example they joined the World Trade Organisation (WTO) 20 years ago even Huawei, Zhongxin, ZTE were in the European technology platforms to influence to lobby.
