I love that idea of assessing what are some of the beliefs that you hold that are actually limiting you to keep you in a box of certainty and familiarity. What if it was true then, but it's no longer true now? And especially I do this with particularly women of color and their studies that will say like, okay, Cupid, I brought they published their data from years and years ago which found that black women sent the highest number of outgoing messages on OK Cupid and received the fewest responses. The same was true for Asian men. We read these stats and then we think, well, yes, that's been my experience and that confirms that bias for us. It creates
