UNESCO and the Baguette
JD: Did you see the news item this week about UNESCO? I don't understand how you can call a loaf of bread and intangible but that's either here nor there. The US has a couple of buildings that are listed as World Heritage sites by UNESCO but nothing on the intagibles category. JD: Since the French appear to be feeling the pressure a little bit feeling the need for some affirmation and assurance we might play a little game at their expense.
