The talent pool is way bigger. Not saying it's easy to get the talent, but it's bigger. There's more capital looking at the region. What I want to see more would be people that are building globally or for U.S. like what you see a lot in India and see a little bit less people building only for Southeast Asia because most of the time that is going to lose you so much time.
