Secular Buddhism - Forward, Slash Retreats, Plural Retreats

One o retreats that we're discussing is actually a really exciting one. We would be teaching the foundation s of mindful living in the evenings, but then doing experiential work with a humanitarian projects during the day. This would be probably late january or early february. There's a form you can fill out there that will help me to gauge what kind of interest there is,. But i look forward to doing something like that with several of you.
