In the Balkans, they've been developing talent that way for decades. Even in other parts of Europe, this is rare. What is it about the culture or just the general coaching philosophy that led to seven footers learning point guard skills back in the 70s? I couldn't get a definitive answer. Zubots just said he learned the game that way because he grew up in a tiny town and everyone had to play every position Because there weren't that many players.
