Is There a Way to Prioritize Your Family?
A lot of people think they are prioritizing their family by working harder and making more money and providing but you never meet a child who loves their daddy because he got like a big bonus or like did an extra deal they could care less. So that really helped me reframe things early on in my career which the answer was just once I understood that that was a possibility that I could have all the right intentions my whole career thinking I was building this thing but it would have all these negative consequences down the road if I didn't prioritize my family.
