Incompetence wins out almost every single time. Over half the people in this world are incompetent. You're setting your employees up for failure many, many times. It takes very it takes a ton of courage to cut ties. I am very good at managing difficult people. Being able to manage them and allow them to be productive inside of your company is a super power.
