How to Build a Community With Your Customers

When you build with them, they have a sense of ownership in what you're building. People in the community, it's their community now. They feel attached to it and they will advocate for it. But you have to genuinely give them ownership. And I think that that makes a lot of companies and sometimes community teams really uncomfortable.
