The Lightning Road, Is It Locking Loquidity?

One criticism i've heard is idea with, say, hoddle in voices, is that it's locking up loquidity across the network. How do you see that? It's its kind of the opposite. So gre again yet, tha, that i'm not talking about it yet. I'l all explain. And deftnly, i see there the use for people there who maybe they want an easy way to be out tof take donations and things, that's just on lined to their lightning address.
