The Importance of Stimulus in the 1990s
In places where the communists were held accountable, it worked out better. The second half of the 1990s for was already a period of growth. Not with the same weight, sovereignty from the Soviet system or Russia because of the collapse in 1991. That had a different kind of weight. And I think this is something that we can see today. So, for example, it was incredibly important for the Baltic states, you know, which were part of the Soviet Union.
