Community is about engaging, supporting, advocating and learning. Even if they don't live in the same organization, they need to come across us if they do. I'm pushing people now to think of community much bigger than they thought initially. So it's likea, it should be obvious, i's a part of the customer experience, but it's still not. And then you you can't get it out, then it just becomes a part of it.
