The Importance of Having Friends Outside the Church
There's two things that are present in every meltdown. One is a lack of deep friendships inside the church, not deep friendships outside it. The second thing is a life giving hobby. And when you don't have friends who are going to build you up and refuel you as a friend, you're just not going to have the energy in a tank for the next leadership grind right before you.
