I think it's important to highlight the importance of personalized development plans that you know not every developer is created equal. People ask me a lot like what's your management style and I'll just say to them how many people in my managing because that's how many styles you have to have there. How they interact with the company like that's an investment in in the company itself right. Yeah, I feel like. At least in my opinion, it's the job of the company to help you know, progress.
