The Purge of Amin

Amin is virtually bone from the neck up and needs things explained in words of one letter. Upwards of 6,000 people from various ethnic groups were killed or disappeared according to observers. The bodies of countless victims were reportedly dumped into the river Nile. Amin may have been a military man, but he was not known for his intelligence.
