Adler's Method of Philosophy

There have been times where philosophers had not yet made those distinctions between what what questions are properly philosophical, and what should be left to later scientific investigation. Adler points out that the mistake goes both ways. Just as there have been in the past, and even in contemporary times, philosophers who kind of went out of their lane, so to speak, and started trying to answer questions that really do merit scientific investigation. And i don't want to like right off what aristotle or aquinas said about questions that are Properly Philosophical.
