The Fed's Inflation Expectations Are Falling
15.5% of consumers expect more jobs to be available, which is up from 13.8%. 16% anticipate fewer jobs, which is down from 21.1%. So not what the Fed wants to see, but wage expectations are falling. The one year inflation expectations outlook fell from 6.1% to 6%. They're still very high, but heading lower and heading in the right direction.
